RPD Homes believes landlords should understand what they are paying for. Our standard fully managed service is charged from 12% of rent collected or £78 per month, whichever is greater. Portfolio pricing may be available for landlords placing multiple properties under management.
Additional services, documentation, certification and third-party costs are charged separately where applicable and are clearly identified above. RPD Homes does not charge VAT.
